Ancient traditions understood the energetic anatomy of the body. The class will explore Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic and other alternative medicine systems to understand not only the subtle bodies but also how to prevent thoughs, relationships, food, sedentarism and electromagnetic fields affect the free flow of energy in our physical body.

   

Understand the intelligence of the body; how organs communicate; how everything is connected in the body.

   

Learn to listen to your body, understand the many dimensions of health and illness and recognize symptoms as symbols that provide clues about your inner processes.
